To the managers of the school,

We are writing on behalf of our children;-

[R], [Z] and [K]

to request that you forward to us all information that you hold concerning our children including initial paperwork that formed the contracts between us, as well as copies of all school rules and procedures that applied at that time and during the time the children attended the school.

We are doing this under Section 6 of the Privacy Act and having discussed the matter with the privacy office, we understand that, due to the children’s status as minors, we need them to sign this letter to show their authorisation for us to request the information on their behalf.

Accordingly they have signed below.

Under principle 6 you have 20 days to provide this information.
