Dear Sean

Regarding your letter of just now, you cannot seriously be expecting us to go through all the hassle of a mediated meeting etc., etc. simply to end a relationship which we have expressed to you that we don't want to finish.

Your assertion that all parties feel too much damage has been done is completely incorrect as you know perfectly well. We told you ourselves clearly, when you asked us, that we wish to retain the choice to send our children to the school, and we also believe that the idea of us continuing to have a relationship with the school has a lot more support than you are admitting. In fact, as I am writing this, another letter of support from a school 'community' member has just arrived, confirming that reading the correspondence, you can only come to one reasonable conclusion.

In fact, anybody who has actually bothered to acquaint themselves with the facts by reading the correspondence, in chronological order, must conclude that a huge injustice has been visited on our family and our children which cannot be rectified by a mediated meeting in which we are supposed to be persuaded to accept it.

The suggestion is offensive and quite disgusting. In the guise of being 'concerned' about our visa situation you are effectively trying to use it to 'persuade' us to disappear. And you have just wasted another week of our time.

We were persuaded to hope that the school would accept its responsibility for the abuse that has been visited on our children. We will never agree that our children should have lost the right to attend the school and hold Management and College almost entirely responsible for any damage that has occurred to all parties.

If this is the best the Trust can do, we feel that we will definitely get a better hearing from the general public. During this week, we had wound down our website as you may have noticed. This was an act of good faith on our part and we must now point out to you that all "damage" you have attributed to us was done with no recourse to the press and no promotion of that website whatsoever. Instead we used this site to try and communicate with the school 'community' that we were shut out from by the school's aggressive, unprovoked, illegal and unprofessional actions.

If you are going to insult us with such ridiculous suggestions, you must be prepared for the consequences as we have already shown ourselves to be both prolific and efficient in putting our point of view across. Any further thought we give to the suggestion in your letter, will not take matters in a direction that will be preferable for you.

We trust you were aware of this before you sent it and so are all prepared for what will now occur.

Angel & Steve
