Dear Angel

Answers to questions:

1-Michael Lipshultz will be the relieving teacher this week, supported as appropriate by other staff members.

2-The matter is being dealt with before Thursday; it is the interviwing of the children that I am scheduling for Thursday.

3-I will not be interviwing children alone; you are welcome to be present when [R] is spoken with; another staff member will also be present.

4-I have not been advised by Trustees of their availabilty as yet; if you prefer, I am willing to schedule a meeting without being sure of the attendance of a Trustee; the 4 day weekend has been a time barrier to discussing a meeting with colleagues; again, I am prepared to schedule a meeting this notwithstanding if you prefer.

Please advise me of your preferences.  As you will be aware, I do not work on Tuesdays or Wednesdays at the school; however, I will check emails again this evening and attempt to co-ordinate meetings, etc.
