Hi Mark,
I was just reading the newsletter and about the high school and i found the following sentence...
Because the HSG is not a legal entity it is not the place where decisions are made. This is left to the body that is by law ultimately responsible for everything that happens on the School grounds, the Trust. However, the HSG endeavours to be an active part in this process aiding the Trust with co-ordinated research, recommendations and other practical help.
Would you please state clearly which it is who has ultimate legal responsibility for 'everything that happens on the school grounds'. I find myself confused with different messages regarding this. it appears that other may be similarly confused.
thanks
angel
