The dates represent the last review dates - i.e. On the the date of a review that date is added to the document as an evidential trail.  Policies are intentionally not loaded with detail; there are procedure documents underlying the overarching policies.

Amongst the aims of the school teachers review, will be to ensure there is agreement that the procedures supporting the policies are appropriate and sufficient and that all teachers are informed and understand what is expected.  Any strengthening changes or needs identified would be recommended to College if significant or adopted immediately if relatively narrow in scope. 

I am away on practicum for the first weeks of this term but meet with my colleagues in College and then Management on Thursdays - if there is anything further I can report after those meetings, I will bt  imagine it will be more appropriate to wait until the following week when the school teachers will have completed their review.

You will see that I have copied in my colleagues in Management so the contents of your emails are available to them too.
