I have been following up further incidents reported today - as you know, I have also been waiting for the email Steve advised me of this morning which he said had been sent last night but which I did not receive ; I have drafted a letter to you and am awaiting peer review of this letter which will be sent out today by email and by post. I have also advised the Trust of this letter.

Note: The letter Mark refers to is the one he sent us later that day which we received on Monday. This email shows that he had made his decision before all the other emails we sent him afterwards. He didn’t update the letter since he mentioned sending it by post. None of the earlier communication was sent by post meaning this was an official letter.
